Delete your Color Hunter account
You can delete your Color Hunter account in the Android app or securely on this website without reinstalling the app.

Delete in the Android app
- Sign inOpen Color Hunter and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open ProfileFrom the app, open the Profile screen.
- Choose deletionTap “Delete account and data.”
- ConfirmRead the confirmation message and confirm the permanent deletion.
The in-app operation begins immediately. If Firebase requires a recent sign-in, or if any step reports an error, sign in again and retry or contact support.

Use the secure controls below to sign in with Google, verify again immediately before confirmation, and delete the Color Hunter account connected to that Firebase identity. The browser does not ask for or accept a user ID.

You are signed in. For your protection, verify with Google again before the permanent confirmation is shown. This verification expires after five minutes.

Nothing was deleted. Try the Google verification again. If Google reports that this is a different account, sign out and use the account connected to Color Hunter.
Confirm permanent deletion
Your Color Hunter profile, catch history, scores, submitted photos, and Firebase sign-in identity will be deleted. Immediate photo deletion is attempted, with the documented 30-day storage lifecycle as fallback. This cannot be undone.
Verify again to continue
Your credentials could not be refreshed or the five-minute confirmation window expired. No Firebase identity deletion was attempted. Verify with Google again; replaying backend deletion is safe if it already completed.
Color Hunter data deletion could not be confirmed
A network or server error interrupted the first step. Your Firebase sign-in identity was not deleted. It is safe to retry; the backend treats an already-completed deletion as success.
Application data was deleted, but sign-in identity needs another attempt
The Color Hunter backend deletion completed, but Firebase could not finish deleting the sign-in identity. Keep this page open and retry. If verification expires, verify again. After a reload, sign in and repeat—the backend replay is safe.
Account deletion complete
Your Color Hunter application data and Firebase sign-in identity were deleted, and you are signed out. This non-sensitive confirmation remains visible if you reload this address.
Secure deletion is temporarily unavailable
The production sign-in configuration could not be loaded. Nothing was deleted. Try again later or use the support contact below. Never email a password or sign-in token.
If automated deletion remains unavailable, email contact@filosoft.md from the email address associated with your Color Hunter account. Use the subject “Color Hunter account deletion” and state that you want the account and associated data deleted.
We may ask for additional information needed to verify that you control the account. Never send a password, Firebase token, Google credential, or photo as proof. We process verified requests without undue delay and will explain any legal retention that affects completion.
What account deletion removes
- Your Color Hunter backend profile, including the identity link, email, display name, avatar URL, timezone, status, and profile timestamps.
- Your catch and submission records, including selected-area coordinates, target and extracted colors, scores, algorithm versions, and history/statistics data.
- Submitted photos. Immediate deletion is attempted; a failed cloud-photo deletion falls back to the configured 30-day storage lifecycle.
- Local catch records, saved catch photos, and Color Hunter’s scheduled reminders on the device used for the in-app deletion.
- Your Firebase Authentication identity. The app or website attempts this only after backend deletion succeeds; contact support if that final step repeatedly fails.
Limited technical, provider, backup, or legal records may remain for their applicable retention period where needed for security, legal compliance, or legal claims. They are not kept as an active Color Hunter account.
Actions that are not account deletion
- Signing out clears local catch data and scheduled Color Hunter reminders on that device, but it does not delete the backend account or server history.
- Clearing app storage or uninstalling Color Hunter removes local app data from that device, but it does not delete the backend account or server history.
- Disabling notifications stops reminders but does not delete local catches, server data, or the account.
- Deleting your Color Hunter account does not delete your Google Account or data held by Google for other products.
